So, Sarah, Robin, and I lightly touched on this while Skyping last night

What if we did like a video or an e-card or something for Rob for his birthday?  Would anyone want to help?  As far as I know, it’s majority girl TH fans here on Tumblr.  I don’t even know, I was just thinking it’d be something cool to do.

Here’s what I think we should do: every fan who wants to participate can record a short (15 seconds or less, please) video wishing Rob a happy birthday and I’ll put all the videos together and post the final product on YouTube.

— Please e-mail your videos to me at this address: fai_chan33(at)yahoo(dot)com. (Hopefully you know how to change that to a real e-mail address; if you can’t, I don’t know how you’re able to navigate Tumblr.) If you can, please upload the video file to a site like MediaFire or MEGAUPLOAD so I can download it instead of trying to deal with e-mail attachments.

—- ABOUT FILE FORMATS —-

If you’re sending a video, please try to send a .mov file or an .mp4 file! I understand if you can’t, but please try to make it a widely-used file format, preferably one that isn’t .avi! (I work on a Mac, just so you know.)

— If you don’t want to make a video (or can’t), then you can send a photo of yourself with a sign with a message on it instead to be put into the video. Heck, if you don’t want a photo of yourself, just write a short message and I can put that into the video, too.

— Please make sure any submissions have your name on them! It doesn’t have to be your real name, it can just be your username or your nickname. (Don’t you want Rob to know who to appreciate for all the nice birthday wishes?)

— His birthday is on August 26th, which is this Friday, so we don’t have very much time. If you want to participate, please let me know! I want to have everything done by Thursday night! (Yes, this is very last-minute, but I’m not the best at planning things and if I could have, I would have given myself this idea ahead of time!)

— Whether you want to participate or not, please pass this message along to other fans who might! Reblog it, link to it on Facebook, tweet about it, do whatever! This is all to show our extreme gratitude and appreciation for Mr. Cantor.

— If you have any questions, please send me an e-mail or message me on either this Tumblr or my personal Tumblr. Messages on Tumblr are highly preferred!

Also, once this is done, you might want to be thinking about whether you want to participate in videos for the next two band members’ birthdays as well: our September boys, Zubin and Joe!
